Enjoy the new suites and holiday apartments in the Proderhof guest house.
The suites are cleaned every day, while the holiday apartments are cleaned in between upon request. All accommodation is non-smoking.
The cosy, modernly furnished studio impresses with natural-sustainable materials and a welcoming atmosphere to feel good.

The farmhouse apartment

- sauna towels are available on site, please bring your own bathrobes.
Electricity, heating and final cleaning are included in the price.
Intermediate cleaning is available on request.
The prices are per night and holiday apartment for an occupancy of 2 persons with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
In addition, there is a fixed local tax of € 2.40 for each person over 14 years per night.
Each additional person pays € 15 per night.
For stays of less than 4 nights, we charge a surcharge of € 5 per person per night. Children’s prices upon request.

There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code, nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 3 months before arrival only the deposit will be retained.
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the travel price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid.
Express reference is made to the legal provisions of articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code G.v.D. 206/2005.
In order to save money and to protect yourself, we recommend our cancellation insurance. Click here and take out your own holiday insurance.
Arrival is possible from 2 p.m., departure should be by 10 a.m. (deviations are also possible on request).
Hiking poles and mountain backpacks for your summer excursions can be hired from us free of charge, as can toboggans in winter!
Your little ones will be well looked after with our baby equipment: cot or cot safety gate, carrier backpack and high chair can be borrowed on request for the duration of your stay.
Our holiday apartments are equipped with kitchen linen, hand and bath towels, tabs for the dishwasher, washing-up liquid, soap.
Our suites are equipped with hand and bath towels.
Washing machine and dryer can be used on request and for a small fee.
On request, we are happy to pick up our guests on arrival at the bus stop in Laion.
The bus runs hourly from Chiusa or Val Gardena to Laion. From Laion to our farm you need about one hour on foot.
The use of the car park at the Proderhof is free of charge for our guests.
The Proderhof has free W-Lan and satellite TV.
With the Südtirol Guest Pass, which is included with a stay at the Proderhof, you can discover Laion and all of South Tyrol by bus and train. It entitles you to free use of all shuttle buses in Laion, all post buses, all regional trains in South Tyrol from Brennero to Trento and from Malles to San Candido! In addition, you can use some ropeways free of charge. You can find more information here.
